The agency was started in 1983 by Michael Koetting, CIC. Beginning as a personal lines agency, the agency evolved into a primary focus in Commercial Lines. Recently this has led to an emphasis in providing our commercial clients with information regarding Age Discrimination, OSHA, Sexual Harassment, ADA, EEOC, COBRA, HIPPA, and many other areas of government compliance issues. Since these fines can be larger losses to the business than many insurance claims, we feel this is an invaluable service we can provide.
